Delete your Resolve account

Request deletion by email

Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your Resolve account. Include the subject line shown below so we can process it quickly.

Delete from inside the app

You can also delete your account in the Resolve app from Profile, then Delete Account.

Data deleted

When your request is completed, we delete your Resolve account and associated app data, including profile data, recovery progress, journal and check-in data, referral or community data tied to your account, and push notification tokens.

Data that may be retained

Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, accounting, payment, or compliance reasons. Subscription and purchase records may also remain with Google Play, Apple, RevenueCat, or payment processors according to their own policies.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Resolve account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play or Apple subscription. Please cancel subscriptions directly through Google Play or Apple.

Timing

Account deletion requests are usually completed within 30 days after we verify the request.
